Roasted Spiced Almonds

Preheat oven to 350. Mix spices and EVOO, add almonds and toss to coat evenly. Bake on a baking pan for 10 minutes, stir twice while roasting. Cool before serving and store in an airtight container up to 5 days.

  • 2 cups almonds
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
