Sauteed Figs, Apples & Plums

Place coconut oil in a skillet over med-high heat. Once melted add your sliced plum, apple and figs. Let saute until softened (about 5 minutes). Then pour in your maple syrup. Let saute for another 3 minutes or so. This can be eaten at a picnic cold (like in this picture) or served hot with vanilla bean coconut ice cream!


  • 1 plum, sliced
  • 1 large Fuji apple, sliced
  • 6-8 black mission figs (depending on size), sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 cup 100% Pure Maple Syrup

    My birthday is next month and I asked for an ice cream maker so I can make my own coconut ice cream and other tasty desserts!! I found a couple great recipes on your site. thanks for all the posts!!
