Savoury Dip Crackers

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Throw pepitas, almonds and flaxeeds into a processor and process until you have a fine meal or flourlike consistency. Add the rest of the ingredients and process until combined.
Onto an oven tray lined with baking paper, spread out the mixture, and press it into a very large thin rectangle, about 1/4 inch high. I used another piece of baking paper on top to roll it out; the mixture is quite thick and difficult to spread evenly – using the baking paper on top and pushing with your hands makes it quick and easy.
Bake for around ten minutes, then take out of the oven and cut into desired cracker pieces. Bake for another 15 mins, or until cooked through.

  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup flaxseeds
  • 2 eggs
  • 65g coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • juice of half a lemon
