Spicy Chicken Salad Tostadas

1. In a bowl mix together the chicken, mustard, hot sauce, jalapeno, onion and lime juice. You can add more or less of the mustard. It\’s totally up to you. I like mustard so I like the consistency that 2 Tbsp. gives me.
2. Top your jicama rounds with your spicy chicken salad.
3. Finish off with a couple slices of Roma tomato and avocado.

My name is Marlene.I'm a proud Military Wife and Mommy to two gorgeous and charismatic little girls. I'm also a photographer and feel blessed to be able to stay home with my girls while continuing to pursue my passion for photography.I was a vegetarian for 10+ years (hence... You hunt. I gather.) and I recently decided to re-enter the meat eating world. We tried the Paleo "diet" almost 2 years ago and I was not successful, for many reasons. My husband, however, did really well. I've since learned that this isn't a diet. This is a lifestyle. Being vegetarian was probably the hardest obstacle during my first attempt. Eventually I slowly started incorporating seafood and some poultry into my nutrition plan and now here we are. Turns out, I <3 bacon! My husband is a CrossFitter and I joined his box at the beginning of this year. I've never been athletic and I have to admit that I'm kind of surprised at how much I am loving CrossFit! I wish I had started much sooner. I feel great and I look forward to our WOD's which is something I never thought I'd say.
