Ingredients
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 lemon + plus one slice/wedge to serve
  • ½ cup of ice (to serve)
Directions
  • Cut the rind of the lemon and wash the carrots.
  • Put the lemon and carrots through the juice extractor.
  • Stir in the froth.
  • Pour over ice and serve immediately with a lemon slice or wedge on top.
