In a large bowl mix together meat, egg, almond flour and all the spices until well incorporated
Heat a large skillet with healthy fat of choice over medium high heat
Scoop out the meat and roll into balls. I use a medium size cookie dough scoop for this. It is a little under 2Tb and is a little smaller that golf ball size. But you can eyeball it if you want. It's your meatballs, you can do what you want. Just remember bigger meatball require more cooking time.
Drop the meatball into the hot skillet and cook until all sides are nice and browned
Add in your sauce, cover and reduce the heat to a simmer
Simmer in the sauce for 20 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through
