Ingredients
  • 1 c Tapioca Flour
  • 1/2 c Coconut Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 + 1/4 c Milk
  • 1 T Honey
  • 3 T Coconut Oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 + 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
Directions
  • Combine dry ingredients: 1 cup Tapioca flour, 1/2 cup Coconut Flour, 3.5 tsp Baking powder, 1 tsp salt
  • Add wet ingredients: 1 + 1/4 cup Milk 2 Eggs 1 T honey 3 T Coconut Oil 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Pour/glob pancake batter in desired amount onto a hot, lightly greased frying pan- medium heat.
  • Flip the pancakes when bubbles begin to form and pop on the surface of the batter
