Tropical Tuna Salad

Make a bed of romaine lettuce and top with:

Thinly sliced vidalia onion
1/3 of a fresh avocado directly sprinkled with pink Himalayan salt and black pepper
1/4 fresh mango, diced (I’m REALLY bad at cutting fresh mangos!!)
One can Wild Planet albacore tuna
Sliced black olives

Drizzle with:

1 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
2 TBSP lime juice
Red wine vinegar

Sprinkle with:

Pink Himalayan salt
Black pepper


  • 3-4 cups romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced vidalia onions
  • 1/2 fresh avocado
  • 1/4 fresh mango
  • 1 can Wild Planet albacore tuna (or tuna of choice)
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 TBSP extra virgin olive oil, 2 TBSP red wine vinegar or to taste
  • 2 TBSP lime juice
  • Pink Himalayan salt and black pepper to taste
