Tuna cakes

1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Let stand for a while.
2. Put a parchment paper or baking foil on baking sheet. Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 180 Celcius (355F).
3. Shape cakes with hands into burger-like cakes and put on a baking sheet. Some liquid can be appear at the bottom of the bowl. It is ok, just mix the batter a little bit. Make cakes from all the batter.
4. Bake cakes in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. Some liquid (from eggs, fish) will spread in the baking sheet, but it is ok, do not worry. Leave the cakes in the oven to cool a little bit after baking, or serve at once with fresh salads or steamed vegetables. These cakes are good when cooled completely. We eat instead of bisquits 🙂
