Ingredients
  • 3 cups chopped kale
  • 2 pears, peeled & chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 cucumber, peeled & chopped
  • 2 inch piece fresh ginger root
  • 2 tbs. hemp seed
  • 2 tbs. raw coconut oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1-2 cups ice
Directions
  • Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender. Drink up!
