Rosemary Roasted Carrots

Cooking Steps

1) Preheat oven to 350, in a bowl combine carrots with olive oil, honey, rosemary, salt and pepper

2) Place carrot mixture on a parchment lined baking sheet and let roast in the oven for 30 minutes or until carrots are soft and tender and can easily be pierced with a fork

  • 1 15 oz bag of carrots
  • 1 1/2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp of lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp of chopped rosemary (or another potent herb such a thyme)
  • A pinch of fresh black pepper and sea salt
