Sage Roasted Sausage, Butternut Squash, and Sweet Potatoes
Cube your squash and sweet potatoes into 1 to 1 1/2 inch pieces. No need to peel them. Cut the sausage links into thumb-sized bits.
Mix everything together in a large roasting pan so that the veggies and meat are coated in oil and seasoning. Roast at 375 degrees for 50 minutes, stirring everything around ever 20 mins or so.
