Sausage and veggie quiche
Cooking Steps
Soak cherry tomatoes in salt and balsamic vinegar overnight (optional) you could also throw in raw.
Preheat oven to 400.
1.)Sauté chicken sausage, set aside.
2.)Lightly sauté zucchini, mushrooms, and onion, set aside.
3.)Grease an 8×8 glass dish with coconut oil and pour in carton of egg whites. Beat 6 eggs and mix with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder, rosemary, and pour into dish.
4.)Toss in sausage and veggies.
5.) Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
This can also be done in 12 muffin cups if you would like it more portable





It’s very egg-y. Is this supposed to be a breakfast item? If so, it’s delicious. If not, I feel like I’m eating breakfast.
