Cooking Steps

Place coconut milk and chia seeds in a blender.

Let the seeds soak for a few minutes, then add remaining ingredients and blend on high until smooth. Enjoy. : )

  • 1 1/2 c. coconut milk
  • 2 T. chia seeds
  • 2 T. sesame seeds
  • 2 T. almond butter
  • 2 T. honey
  • 2 T. chocolate chips (dairy-free ones. . . .)
  • 1 T. coconut oil
  • 1/2 t. vanilla (optional)
  • 1 1/2 c. ice
