Cooking Steps

Process:

Mix all the dry ingredients together.

Mix all the wet ingredients together.

Add the dry to the wet and mix it up all nice.

Heat up a skillet/pan (with your favorite fat or non-stick cooking spray) and dump the batter on (it makes one nice size pancake or make 2 small ones).

When bubbles appear and bottom is cooked, flip pancake and continue to cook until finished (3-5 minutes per side).

Serve it up

Ingredients

  • 1 tbs coconut flour
  • 1 tbs almond flour
  • 1/8 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp stevia (optional)
  • 1 tbs applesauce
  • 1 tbs coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • optional addition of some cinnamon and nutmeg to your desire

  2. Loved this! I didn’t use sweetener but added a little shredded coconut. It was perfect.

  3. I enjoyed this one as well! I made it more runny so it would spread out Easier in the pan. Use coconut water or plain water. Just until you get the consistency

  4. Really lovely – but def needed more liquid
