SINGLE SERVING ALMOND COCONUT PANCAKES
Cooking Steps
Process:
Mix all the dry ingredients together.
Mix all the wet ingredients together.
Add the dry to the wet and mix it up all nice.
Heat up a skillet/pan (with your favorite fat or non-stick cooking spray) and dump the batter on (it makes one nice size pancake or make 2 small ones).
When bubbles appear and bottom is cooked, flip pancake and continue to cook until finished (3-5 minutes per side).
Serve it up





if you cool it can it be used for sandwich type foods?
Loved this! I didn’t use sweetener but added a little shredded coconut. It was perfect.
I enjoyed this one as well! I made it more runny so it would spread out Easier in the pan. Use coconut water or plain water. Just until you get the consistency
Really lovely – but def needed more liquid
