Slow cooked lamb necks
I was really lazy and basically just threw everything into the slow cooker early around 9am, then cooked all day. We then actually ended up not being home for dinner, so I turned off and left and we ate this the next day for dinner. Was so good. Could have eaten that night easily, but the day changed around on us so it just meant the flavours got better and the meat so tender. So if you can wait this long then really recommend it. If not just cook for 8 hours in slow cooker.
Add any extra season to taste and serve. We had ours with mashed sweet potato and cauliflower. Then put the left over broth into some jars and containers for the fridge and freezer.
