Cooking Steps

In a bowl mix all the ingredient together well. After everything is mixed, refrigerate your batter for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350F
line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and roll your dough into even balls-to whichever size you desire. I made mine the size of a regular cookie. Then flatten the cooie to about 1/2 inch or to your desire.

When the oven is ready, bake for 12 minutes if the cookies were flattened at 1/2 inches.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1 Cup Pecan Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tb Honey
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 Tbs Melted Ghee Butter (or coconut oil for non-dairy version)
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 1/3 Cup Enjoy Life chocolate chips
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts

  2. Good recipe although way too dry with one egg. I used two and some extra coconut oil and it was still a bit dry. Next time I am gonna use 3 eggs or maybe two whole eggs and one egg yolk
