Cooking Steps

1. Combine all ingredients in your crockpot slow cooker.
2. Cook for 6-8 hrs on high or 8-10 hrs on low.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked turkey (leftovers work great)
  • 5 cups turkey (or chicken) broth
  • 1 medium zucchini, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup prepared tomato salsa
  • 1 tsp chili powder; 1 tsp ground coriander; 1 tsp ground cumin; 1 tsp paprika; 1/2 tsp dried oregano; salt and pepper, to taste
