Spaghetti Squash with Zesty Avocado Cream Sauce
Cooking Steps
Place all ingredients in a food processor or powerful blender. Pulse until well combined–decide for yourself how smooth you want it but like my guacamole, I prefered mine a little chunkier!
Scoop spaghetti squash (can be hot or cold) into a large serving dish. Pour cream sauce over top and toss until well coated.

This may be a stupid question but is this a guac dip or is this a meal or a side dish? LOL, It looks good but I am not sure how I would categorize it??
I believe it could be a dip or side dish. Personal preference?
I like the guacamole, I like spaghetti squash, but their combination was just ok. I added a large tomato, diced, and that improved the dish.
