Spicy Sweet Potato Hash
Cooking Steps
-Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat
-Add ground beef to pan and brown, breaking it up as it cooks (about 5 minutes)
-While beef is browning, mix shredded sweet potato, chipotle pepper, onion and spices in a bowl
-Add sweet potato mixture to pan with ground beef and continue to cook until sweet potatoes begin to get crispy (8 to 10 minutes)

Hi there…thanks for this as I make the same ol’ sweet potato hash recipe once a week. I love it, but an anxious for a change. Can you please let me know what the other spice is…other than paprika. THANKS!
Sorry got a little happy with the copy and paste there – the other spice I used was cumin!

I found this recipe to be so good and comforting (not used to eating sweet potatoes). I didn’t have any chipotle left so I used Frank’s Red Hot. Very good! Thanks a lot!
