Spinach and Chorizo Frittatta

Cooking Steps

Preheat oven to 375 deg (190 celc).

Whisk together eggs, herbs, salt and pepper and leave aside.

Grease a 9 X 13 inch baking dish (or pan) with butter or coconut oil.

Sauteed onions until soft and cooked.

Pan fry sliced chorizos until cooked.

Add spinach and egg mixture into the pan.

Leave it on low-medium heat for 12-15 minutes until you get a good consistency of the eggs.

Put into oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the eggs are cooked perfectly.

Serves 2

  • 2 chorizos, sliced thinly
  • 6 eggs
  • Sea salt and pepper
  • Half large red onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or butter

  2. There is no mention of how much spinach is needed in the ingredients list. I’m just going to wing it though because this recipe sounds and looks delicious!
