Stew

Cooking Steps

Chop all veggies into 1″ chunks. Put meat raw in slow cooker. Add all veggies. Put your herbs in ( I used basil, thyme, paprika, savory, oregano, pink salt, black pepper, Montreal steak spice, Worcester sauce.)

Add your beef stock. Leave some aside to mix in your arrowroot flower so it doesn’t go clumpy. This acts as the thickener. Use only 2 cups of stock if you want the stew really thick.

Place slow cooker on high for 4 hours or until veggies are done.
Skim off excess fat with spoon. Add your arrowroot.

This is really good and I hope you all enjoy!! I eat it for lunches. It makes enough for my wife and I for about 3 – 4 days

Cheers,
