Sweet Potato Brownies

Cooking Steps

Boil your sweet potatoes till soft when poked with a fork. Peal off the skin and mash in a bowl. Preheat oven to 350.

Now add your wet ingredients: coconut oil, honey, vanilla, and eggs and mix together.
Then add your dry ingredients: coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and chocolate chips.
Mix on low to medium speed for 1 to 2 minutes

Pour into an 8×8 glass baking dish
Bake for 30 -35 minutes
Let cool
Eat them bitches, but try not to eat them all in one sitting.

  • 2 small to medium Sweet Potatoes
  • 3 eggs wisked
  • 1/4 cup Coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup Raw honey
  • 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate chips
  • 3 TBS Cocunut flour
  • 2 TBS unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

  5. Who cares if they changed one ingredient & borrowed another recipe. This site is about sharing ideas to help each other be healthy. Its probably a recipe that person makes all the time &enjoys it so much they wanted to share. I’m new to paleo & never thought put sweet potato in Brownies so I’m glad this recipe got posted. Thanks for the ideas! I’m definately trying this one!

  11. just made a batch today. the flavor is good, but the consistency is way off. i put them back in the oven for an extra 15 minutes and they are still gooey. too sticky to handle. the recipe needs something to hold everything together.

  14. These taste just like a brownie, very delicious!!! Have a wet/fudgey texture, but that is consistent with most paleo baked goods I’ve made. Only addition I might suggest is some walnuts or pecans for an extra crunch
