Cooking Steps
Whisk together the dry ingredients. Add the egg whites and applesauce and combine well–no lumps! Let the batter sit for 5 minutes. Stir in the apple cider vinegar.
Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.





Could tapioca starch be substituted for the arrowroot?
i love your recipes. Have you ever considered having a PRINT feature available. This would be SOOOOO handy.

10 slices- per slice – 103 cals, 4.2g fat, 10.3 carbs, 5.9 fiber, 6.9g protein
I made this recipe exactly as written. It baked and sliced easily!
