Zucchini Pasta Bolognese in the Crock Pot

Cooking Steps

Add all ingredients except zucchini to a slow cooker. Break up the beef and sausage and mix well. You may need to let the mixture heat up more before you’ll be able to stir the mixture well. Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6.

Thinly slice or spiral cut a large zucchini. Spoon hot bolognese over sliced zucchini then serve. There is a good recipe for bolognese here.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb bulk sausage
  • 2 Cans or 2 C sliced mushrooms
  • 1 16oz of marinara sauce
  • 1 large zucchini sliced thinly or spiral cut
