Tracey Black is the founder and editor-in-chief for the blog,, where she writes about gluten-free and grain-free living, cooking real food (and as unprocessed as possible), natural parenting and green living. She is passionate about cooking simple, wholesome meals for her family and researching the impact of nutrition on health and wellness.Her work has been featured in Yahoo Shine, Redbook, BlogHer, MomsRising and MomItForward. Tracey has a background in writing, web marketing and social media and previously held positions in the health care, publishing and e-commerce industries. She has a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
