Bacon Egg \”Pie\”

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Beat eggs with mustard and garlic. Add salt, pepper, and chili powder, set aside.

Swirl 6 slices of bacon around bottom of 9\” pie pan. Pres the remaining 4 slices up the side of the pan. Bake for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and add eggs. Bake for another 10-12 minutes.
