Bacon Scrambled Eggs & Maters

– Bring small fry pan to medium high heat and begin cooking bacon
– While bacon is cooking, cut tomatoes into eighths, dice 1 green onion, and mix eggs in a small cup
– After bacon is done cooking, remove and place on plate
– Place eggs in same hot pan and whisk with fork until done but not dry
– Place eggs on plate
– Place tomatoes on plate
– Sprinkle on diced green onions, salt & pepper
