Bacon truffles

Cook bacon, add cooled bacon, dates, and nuts to food processor. Leave running until it forms a dough. Place dark chocolate in glass bowl and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes until melted. Form dough into small balls and dip in melted chocolate. Place on parchment paper and place in fridge until the chocolate hardens. Top with sea salt. Store in fridge
