Banana Coconut Mixup Bar

1. Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients besides a handful of almonds and a handful of coconut flakes in a food processper for about a minute. Add 2-4 T Cocoa Powder if wanted.
2. Add in some almonds and coconut flaks and blend for about 5 seconds.
3. Put mixture on baking sheet between 2 sheet of parchment paper push down to flatten into a bar shape.
4. Bake for around 15- 20 minutes, or as long as possible before it crisps, cut with a pizza cutter, and let cool completely for them to firm up.

  • 1-2 Handfuls of Raisins
  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 1 cup shredded Coconut, 1-3 T Coconut Oil Handful of coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 2 Handful of Almonds
  • 1 t of Salt
  • 1 t Vanilla
  • Other spices, like COCOA POWDER to taste.
