Beef Short Ribs

Set oven to Broil or preheat at 425 degrees
Grab a baking pan and add the Coconut Oil. Set aside. I used an 8 x 11 pan and it worked nicely.
In a small bowl, mix together Tomato Sauce and Garlic.
In another small bowl, mix dry ingredients – Rosemary, Oregano, Basil, Parsley, Salt, and Pepper.
Cut slits in to the short ribs.
Dip each rib in to the dry rub making sure you coat all sides.
Then dip the rib in to the tomato mixture covering all sides.
When you\’re done, place in to baking pan.
Repeat the process until all ribs are in the baking pan.
Place in oven and let broil.
Turn once at about 20-25 minutes.
It should take about 40-45 minutes for the ribs to cook through.
Serve Warm.

  • 1 tbs Coconut Oil
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
