  • 2 large beetroot, peel scrubbed, cleaned and cooked
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 5 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove of garlic crushed
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • zest from 2 lemons
  • salt and pepper to taste
