Breakfast Jawns

Add oil to saute pan over medium heat. Beat 2 eggs in a bowl. Add eggs to pan. Cook until desired. Cook turkey bacon over medium heat, until desired crispiness. Plate & add pepper. I like to add Frank\’s Hot Sauce to my eggs 🙂 Quick, easy & healthy breakfast. I actually cook a whole pound of bacon or turkey bacon at once. In the morning I pop my bacon in the microwave for 20 sec\’s & now I have cut my cooking time down & I can sleep in even later….:)

  • 1/4th of Cantaloupe
  • Fresh ground Pepper
  • 1 tsp olive oil
