- 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp freshly Ground Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt if you like (I'm not a fan)
- Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. This mixture can be stored in an air-tight container, away from heat and moisture for up to six months. You can use this to make one pot of Chili with a serving of 6.
