Chocolate Mousse

Place everything except ice cubes in a Magic Bullet or other high speed blender and blend for 30 to 60 seconds. Pour mixture into a bowl, add ice cubes and fold them into mixture until they are completely melted. Place bowl into refrigerator and let the mixture gel. It should be fully gelled and ready to eat within 20 to 30 minutes.

  • 4-5 Tablespoons unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1.5 Tablespoons Great Lakes Gelatin
  • 3 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
  • 40-50 Drops Liquid Stevia
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 4-5 Ice Cubes
