Coconut Flour Chicken Nuggets

Combine turkey, egg, Coconut Aminos, garlic, onions, salt and pepper in a medium sized bowl.
Form mixture into small balls and roll in coconut flour, lightly dusting them.
Place balls in a skillet coated with coconut oil over medium heat.
Press down on each with a spatula to flatten a bit (into more of a “nugget” form).
Cook on one side until browned, then flip, and continue cooking until they are completely cooked through (about 5-10 minutes).

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Aminos
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4-1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (to grease pan)
