- 1 can of quality tuna fish
- 1 whole ripe avocado
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 scallion (chopped)
- 1/4 yellow onion (minced)
- 1/2 lime (juiced)
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- Cut the avocado in half and empty the contents in a mixing bowl (save the avocado 'shell')
- Combine the tuna and the remaining ingredients with the avocado.
- Mix and mash until thoroughly combined.
Put the mixture back into the avocado 'shells' and enjoy!
