Fish Salad

In hot pan, sautee veggies in coconut oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder and cumin. In separate pan, sautee halibut (or white fish) and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin and red pepper flakes.

When browned on one side, flip over and brown other side. Don\’t overcook! Sautee veggies until soft, then add fish to veggie mixture. Serve as is, or layer on top a lettuce leaf for fish tacos.
