French Toast Noodles

Heat up a pan on med-low and add coconut oil. Pour about 1/3 c of batter in pan and tilt to spread very thin like a crepe. As soon as it looks dry, flip for a few seconds and then move to plate. When you are done with your stack then roll them up and cut small slices (like making homemade fettucini noodles). Then I put them on a plate and fluff them up, seperating my “noodles”. Tastes exactly like french toast so I feel like I\’m cheating 🙂

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 1/2 tsp honey (or whatever you like to sweeten)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • coconut oil for pan
