- 1/2 c sunflower seed butter (or any nut butter)
- 1 large avocado
- 2/3 c unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1 t vanilla
- 1/3 c maple syrup
- handful of chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Puree the avocado first in a food processor. Make sure ALL lumps are gone. Add the remaining ingredients except for chocolate chips to the food processor and pulse until smooth. Stir the chocolate chips into the batter–it will be thick. Spoon batter into a greased 8×8 baking dish. Bake for 20-22 minutes. Because of the chocolate chips, it may still be a little gooey in the middle. Cool completely before serving.
