I healed IBS with a Paleo diet. I believe in the power of grain-free, sugar free eating because it gave me my life back. These days I can eat anything and feel fine but I choose to power my life with a Paleo diet.

  • 2 teaspoons of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut flakes
  • 1 Tablespoon of raw sunflower seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon of raw pumpkin seeds
  • Handful of cranberries and cashews
  • Sprinkle of cardamon and cinnamon
  • Milk of choice (I used hemp milk)
  • Optional: matcha green tea powder and carob powder
  • Mix ingredients in a bowl, cover with milk and let soak for 15 minutes for the chia seeds to gel.
  • Enjoy cold or warm up on the stove for more of an oatmeal experience.
