- 2 teaspoons of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon of coconut flakes
- 1 Tablespoon of raw sunflower seeds
- 1 Tablespoon of raw pumpkin seeds
- Handful of cranberries and cashews
- Sprinkle of cardamon and cinnamon
- Milk of choice (I used hemp milk)
- Optional: matcha green tea powder and carob powder
- Mix ingredients in a bowl, cover with milk and let soak for 15 minutes for the chia seeds to gel.
- Enjoy cold or warm up on the stove for more of an oatmeal experience.
