Cranberry Sauce


Step 1 –

Wash cranberries; pick through to remove any undesirable ones

Step 2 –

Add all ingredients to medium sauce pan and bring to a boil

Step 3 –

Boil for about 10 minutes or until cranberries begin popping; lower heat to medium-low simmer and continue cooking for about 15-20 minutes longer until cranberries are completely softened

Step 4 –

Mix and mash cranberries to desired consistency with cooking spoon

Step 5 –

Serve warm or chill in fridge

  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1 cup water
