Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie

Mix all ingredients except for water in a blender. Add water as needed to reach desired consistency. Mix in cocoa nibs. Garnish with frozen mint leaves.

Ingredients
  • 4oz full-fat coconut milk (Native Forest makes a good product)
  • 1-2 tbsp natural unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2-3 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 small banana
  • 5-6 cubes ice
  • Cold filtered water
  • Optional: 1 scoop of 100% Whey protein powder (if higher protein content is desired)
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2-3 drops spearmint oil
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa nibs
