My Kind Of Sliders

Make hamburger into eight 2 oz patties. Season patties with sea salt and pepper. Place on gas grill for about 4 minutes each side. (Top with cheese if you eat dairy, but they are great without it also). Top each burger with one piece of spinach, one slice of avaocado and one cherry tomato. Secure with a toothpick.
