Ingredients
  • 2-3 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2-3 oranges, juiced
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
Directions
  • Lay raw chicken wings in a single layer baking dish Bake at 425 for 15 minutes
  • While the wings are baking, juice your oranges and remove any seeds Add the red pepper flakes and garlic granules into a large mixing bowl Mix well
  • Remove the wings from the oven and put into the mixing bowl with the orange mixture Add the coconut oil Stir around until the coconut oil is melted
  • Put the wings back into the same baking dish Pour any leftover mixture over the wings Sprinkle the wings with the sesame seeds
  • Continue to bake at 425 for another 15 minutes Remove from oven and let sit for a few minutes before serving
