Paleo Apple Bars

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, coconut milk, coconut oil, and vanilla.
4. Slowly add the flour mixture to the egg mixture.
5. Fold in the diced apple.
6. Spread into a greased 9×9 pan.
7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
