Paleo Banana Almond Butter Bread

Preheat oven to 350, and butter or oil a loaf pan.
Mix all wet ingredients together : Eggs, mashed Bananas, melted Coconut oil, Almond extract, Almond butter.
Mix all dry ingredients together : Coconut flour, Coconut sugar, Baking soda, Sea salt.
Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Mix well.
Add Chocolate chips (optional) and mix well
Pour into prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes

  • 2 lg very ripe mashed Bananas
  • 2 Tbsp melted Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Organic Real Almond Extract ( or Vanilla Extract)
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp Almond Butter ( if from fridge, melt it a little)
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp Coconut Sugar, ( or Honey)
  • 2/3 Cup Coconut Flour
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 Tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips (gluten free, dairy free kind)* optional
