Paleo Berry Citrus Popsicles

I love to EAT (focusing on delicious healthy food), GROW (our own food, but mostly just attempting right now) and HEAL (using natural remedies). It all started with a dabble into the paleo diet which led to an interest in obtaining natural health and beauty products, which led to essential oils, which led to huge improvements in my health (no more anti-depressants, allergy or asthma medication), which led to an interest in taking care of my body, which led to crossfit, which led to even better health (and loving my body), which led to my addiction for spreading the message to others!   • 3/4 cup lemon and lime juice (I juiced two lemons and two limes)
  • 1 cup mango
  • 1 cup cherries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • Optional: 1-2 T raw honey (without honey the popsicles are quite tart which is what I like, but if you add a little honey the tartness is subdued)
  • Blend all ingredients together in a blender. We have a Blendtec Blender (I'm obsessed) and I highly recommend it.
  • Pour into Popsicle mold (If you do not have these, you could use small paper or plastic cups)
  • Insert popsicle sticks
  • Freeze
  • Eat! (place side of popsicle mold under warm water for a few seconds if they do not come out easily... do not pull very hard or the popsicle stick will pull out of the popsicle)
