Preheat oven to 400F. Wash and peel parsnip before cutting it into thin slices.
Mix honey, garlic, salt, and pepper into bowl. Add sliced parsnip into seasoning mix and stir.
Once parsnip slices have an even layer of seasoning mix on them lay them out evenly on a baking sheet.
Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
Remove after 20 minutes or keep in longer for a crunchier fry.
