\”PBJ\” French Toast

Whisk together the egg whites (or eggs), coconut milk, protein powder, cinnamon, and vanilla. Dip each slice in the egg mixture, coating each side. Set aside on a plate and let the batter soak in for 5-10 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium-low heat. Immediately before placing on the hot surface, dip each bread slice in the egg batter again. Cook for 2 minutes per side or until golden brown.
Spread the almond butter on one slice and place the other slice on top. Smash the thawed strawberries with a fork and pour over the French Toast.

  • 1/2 t Vanilla
  • 1/2 scoop Vanilla Protein Power (optional)
  • 1 T Raw Almond Butter
  • 1/2 c Frozen Strawberries, thawed
